What an excellent observation, IMO. Think about this, DL is a lawyer. PTSC has had to "deal" with him over all these years. PTSC stock price was as high as $2.00. PTSC share price is now ( and been for many months) less than a penny! I see DL as the kind of lawer you are describing, one who has had a :

"more or less disastrous direct or indirect impact to other´s (society)". Could one replace society with the symbols PTSC ?

Was CM a fool listening to him and hiring him? What about others who ate up his words at the long forgotten LIVE shareholder meetings ?

Lawyers are not the only characters in the play of life. ( Lawyers, decent people and a few village idiots, IMO ).
