How is it that a fed appeals court can't just spit it out in common language what it's decision is? Are they not suppose to decipher the already complicated language of the CC and make sense of it. To deliver a decision that all on this board cannot make a determination as to whatever their leaning is seems remarkable to me. Is not the job of an appeals court to DECIDE whether the previous lower court ruling was correct? The avoidance of bringing clarity to the matter only makes me wonder if it is intentional.
