From a review of the docket, TPL and the opposition parties have stated / requested conflicts for oral arguments in the present matter...Nov 5-9 are out for TPL, Dec 6-7 are out for TPL, and some previous dates in Sept. (already passed) are also out.....the opposition such Nintendo, LTV, and a few others have stated certain dates such as Nov. 5-9 that they can't accomodate based on schedules....if these are entertained by the court, we probably are looking at Jan 2019 at the earliest for oral arguments....as an aside an attorney from ZTE requested to be removed from the case...i don't think you can read anything into this as it could be attributed to a number of possible reasons....
