Per the motion (regaring the ZTE attorney) she is no longer with the law firm representing ZTE and this is the rationale for her withdrawal.

With that being said and per the ZTE article, they have a lot at play / stake here (well beyond our case at issue) and are no doubt a polical pawn / player in the trade war and have already been hit with sanctions regarding their misdeads. My point is they may have more to lose here than some of the other defendants (but not more than TPL).  We have more of a motivation to see the case through to the end if we have the cash to do so.  Some of the defendants (such as ZTE), may have more of a reason to settle if they fear that things may not be going their way...AIMHO
