On another note and it is purely speculation....I think we get Texas as the pendulum has swung to TPL/PTSC with the most recent success. The Cali court knows this and will not want to bear the burden of continued success by TPL/PTSC. I just think a precedent has been set and it will be hard to argue non-infringement when chip makers, systems providers(both foreign and domestic) have already licensed. Simply put, Judge Jenkins has to realize the likelihood of more ongoing license deals that would continue to add weight to TPL/PTSC postion.... so why tie up Cali courts.
