Just a thought....Laguna might be a pretty good place to get a room especially if they are bringing families. Laguna would be a good distraction for kids while others are at the meeting. Rooms are about the same price and the drive is only about 30 minutes. Monarch Beach is a great place if someone wants to stay in a nice resort (St Regis, Ritz Carlton). Drive is about 25 minutes. Little more expensive....guessing $300-$400 a night. I live out this way so would be more than willing to check accomodations if anyone is interested.
