It is possible that no other companies will license until the J3 case is settled. And yes, if that is the case, the pps will be negatively affected.. probably dastically. But.. what we have seen here is, during the current litigation against the J4[-1], is HP license, Casio license & Fujitsu settle/license. If the other 150+ (170+, or hundreds) companies want to wait until after the litigation of the J3 is decided... so be it, they all then can go ahead pay three times what they would have before litigation was decided.. or if TT&C need to take them to court also, they can then pay ten times what they would have paid before the J3 decision... It is their & their legal teams decision as to what would be best for their own companies.
If we do have to go entirely thru with the J3 litigation & prevail.. it would mean an enormously greater payout to PTSC.. and therefore an equally larger increase in pps
