BaNosser - Good point. Why would the 150+ other companies gamble on much higher settlement costs if they can settle now for much more reasonable terms as did HP, Casio, and Fujitsu. The longer they wait, the more expensive it will be... and should they wait until our case is decided in Texas... and we win... the sky is virtually the limit.
