One Very Good Reason - The Odyssey of Jim Turley

As the SP continues to diminish it becomes more and more obvious that there was good reason why Mr. David Pohl retired. Remember he was the legal part of the equation that reviewed and signed off on the memorandum that allowed TPL to control every single word we placed in press releases under their particular scrutiny.

It is like I have my hands around your throat, I have the strength of a gorilla, and I say" one more word without my OK and I'll crush your throat and break your neck". When all on the BOD especially Jim Turley and Cliff realized that they were totally screwed, they told MR. Pohl to get the f--- out of Dodge, NOW. Thus, the sudden, inexplicable retirement of Mr. Pohl.

PTSC handled his retirement in a most professional manner as there is no need to wash dirty laundry in public. The SP appears to be in difficult straits for the next 2 months. The uncertainty with USPTO is quite concerning; the public relations control by TPL is quite concerning; the lack of acquisition is quite concerning;and the actions by our biggest investors is quite concernig.

Remember the Odyssey, a tale of triumph amidst a world of danger that could result at any moment in the death of the hero.

Long term shareholders must hang in there once more as we are now in a financial fiasco where PTSC itself cannot buy back shares to save its own hide. As the SP continues to deteriorate the investor is left with 3 choices:

(1) Sell and Buy back at half the price, say when it reaches .15 to.20 a share;

(2) Sell and Move on.

(3)  Buy and Hold

These are all lousy choices but this is what happens in a world of deceit and greed where our modern day Odysseus, Jim Turley must defend himself and his corporation.
