There is no way to answer the questions asked because the answers are all hidden by TPL via the MOA. Therefore, you, me and no one else can answer these questions. There is no good info that even allows wild conjecture.

This is one reason for the request for info by ronran....to try and clarify where we are headed.

I thought I was fully aware of where we were heading in December but by Jan, I had no idea where we were heading. The NDA is not responsible for our company being unable to provide regular routine guidance but the Agreement appears to squash all communication.
