I am glad that Larry agrees with me. I feel like I stand alone in this area and this opinion.

Your opinion is wonderful and refreshing Cherry and I hope dearly that you are correct and it is a period of significant growth.

History, however, shows that Johnson, S&L and TPL all have significantly different, i.e. vastly different motivations from us the shareholders of PTSC. Johnson only has 285,000 shares, probably because he has sold most that he has acquired and he is Chairman LOL. I have much more than he has. What a joke and he is calling the shots for all of us on this board who have more firepower sharewise than 100 Johnson's who literally for years has been sitting their plotting with Swartz.

Mr. Goerner was hired by this guy Johnson "our Chairman" on an interim basis. Sounds like cut and run to me. With this "appointment", Johnson is further stacking the deck to make even greater horrendous decisions in favor of S&L and TPL. This is a sad turn of events.

I am afraid we will learn more in the upcoming weeks but it doesn't appear hopeful from my viewpoint. My only hope is that I can be proven 100% wrong in my current negativity toward the direction we are headed.
