consider the effect of a Pelosi/Reid congress and Obama or McCain in the white house. Which scenario would be better for our prospects as a company trying to get its' footing in ever shifting patent sands. I do not for a minute believe patent reform will remain dead under the first scenario and not really sure about the second. What I do know is that we need the get our patents recerted before inauguration day so as to take that uncertainty out of the equation to the greatest extent possible. JMHO
