I am not sure I indicated what I was pushing for, although obviously it would be for anything that allows true market forces to work. In fact, I would be in favor of doing away with employers being involved in health care and paying for health care, and instead add that money to the employees salary and let them (the ultimate consumer) go out and buy the insurance product they want or deal directly with the provider of their choice. If we make it like a grocery store with the end user as the buyer of the commodity, I believe a real marketplace would exist and costs would easily be contained. Not so sure that resembles anything Soviet-ish.
As for "tearing down that wall', one of my sons has that famous Reagan call-out as his ring tone. Wonder where he got that idea.......... :)
