Thank you Robert Byrd - for your revelation that indeed this bill is over reaching. “Using reconciliation to ram through complicated, far-reaching legislation is an abuse of the budget process.The writers of the Budget Act, and I am one, never intended for its reconciliation’s expedited procedures to be used this way.

Thank you Joe Lieberman - "I'm afraid we've got to think about putting a lot of that off until the economy's out of recession," said Connecticut Sen. Joe Lieberman. "There's no reason we have to do it all now, but we do have to get started. And I think the place to start is cost health delivery reform and insurance market reforms."

Any polititian that continues to support this legislation in it's current form needs to be shown the door in 2010 and 2012.
