Its frustrating what's happened in our country with liberals who pretty much control our schools through the teachers unions so the criteria being taught is drifting to the left. The new history books now under srutiny in Texas before approval for use to the rest of the country except California has no mention of George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Davy Crocket or Daniel Boone. The government Democrats and republicans have both shifted to the left. Obama is extreme left. McCaine is a progressive as well just not as far left as Obama. So you vote for the lesser of two evils. The economy under Bush headed south because Bush spent too much, the tax breaks were good in that the recession could have started more severe than it did. Government grew under Bush and that is our problem, big governments don't work. Unfortunately Its growing bigger rapidly under Obama. The media for the most part is liberal. Fox and talk radio are the only conservative voice out there. Limbaugh, Beck, Hanity, Savage, to name a few are all patriots and are helping to turn the tide and to provide some balance to the onslaught of liberal agenda being thrown at us day after day. Like a cancer, liberalism has grown to a point where most Americans who have stayed out of politics now see the insanity that is the Obama administration and the liberal federal government which is bankrupting this country with bailouts, entitlement programs and bigger government with more intrusion in our lives. The tea party is a huge movement of people that have been on the sidelines working and living their lives. Now there is a necessity to take back the government for the majority of the people. Cut taxes, deregulate and inact a sound energy policy. The private sector knows how to create jobs the government needs to get out the way and make it easier for Americans to succeed. This dosn't include more government entitlement programs as the nation is streesed to the breaking point.
