Very sad to see interference with "Junior Achievement." I agree with you in spirit for I've seen kids in my neighborhood selling refreshments without issue. Maybe this local government should reinstate civil service testing and before MacDonalds grabs the smart ones. You would appreciate my thinking had you had my recent experience with the census takers.
