I don't like the debt any more than you do. Lest you forget we are in a deep, deep recession.
Why don't you point your wrath at the Wall Street shenanigans that was going on to cause the worst financial crisis in history?
You mean like the wall street that was taking advantage of the housing market that the govt. meddled with? I'm not defending wall street for taking advantage of it; but which is the worse, walls street for taking advantage of it, or the govt. for meddling and creating the mess in the first place?
Why don't you point your wrath at the neo-conservatives for taking us to war in Iraq and spending over a trillion dollars?
Why don't you point your wrath at Bush and Cheney and their administration for condoning torture and taking away our civil liberties?
I'm not aware that we condone torture. And we as a country absolutely don't do torture ourselves. (Waterboarding is not torture; we do it to our own special forces all the time as part of their training).
Why don't you point your wrath at the party of No for doing nothing during the EIGHT YEARS that they held the White House to fix the health care crisis?
Saying no to socialism, marxism, and stupidism are good things. Yes, the Republicans absolutely could have done a better job while in control. But until the marxist/socialist came into power, health care was just a serious problem; it is the marxist and socialist who have now made it a crisis.
You don't believe any of that do you?
You would gut the EPA, the Department of Education, you would further cut taxes for the rich, you would gut civil rights, you would force religion down peoples throats.
I wouldn't gut the EPA; diminish it's power probably... I would gut the Dept. of Education and the Dept. of Energy; no problem! I would absolutely cut taxes for EVERYONE, including the tax rate for businesses in the US. I'm all for civil liberties; I just think we need some clarification on what the definition is for civil liberties. And I personally would be, and am opposed to state sponsered religion or a theocratic form of government. It's in our constitution. Our founding fathers were very wise men.
You don't believe in global warming, you probably don't even believe in evolution.
Global warming and cooling are naturally occuring event's that have happened since the creation of this planet. I believe that; who wouldn't?
