What you've missed in your equation is that banks are holding record reserves (see George's tweet) and businesses are holding trillions in cash reserves.

Means supply side economics FAIL. Why? No demand.

You've got that wrong. Banks and business alike are not going to invest their cash reserves until they can see a clear economic/business strategy out of Washington. Extension of tax cuts - yes or no? Healthcare burdens on business -yes or no? Growing National debt/ spending reductions - yes or no?

Eighty some percent of voters want the new healthcare plan repealed and this administration pushes on. Banks and big business won't loosen their grip on reserves until they see some clear direction from our leaders. You and I probably won't either.

Demand will be there.
