A judge will decide first, if he was justified in using the "stand your ground" law. If he decides not, the a jury may decide if he was guilty or not of 2nd degree murder.

We have over 40,000 murders in this country every year, most probably whites on whites, blacks on blacks, and most probably domestic-related. That is a terrible, terrible thing that all the media is ignoring, mostly because no one wants to deal with the root causes - poverty, lack of education, availability of guns.

And no that is not a "call for gun-control" so don't get your panties in a wad.

No one is "calling for a race war" except maybe the fascists, neo-nazis, patriot groups, and other hate groups including the new black panther party.
