Mr. Blakeway is Chairman and CEO of Nanotech Security Corp. (formerly Wireless2 Technologies Inc.), a publicly traded international wireless RFID company which he founded in 1984 and Managing Director for G4S Justice Services (Canada) Inc. He is presently an entrepreneur in Residence at Simon Fraser University, Venture Connection. As an entrepreneur and investor, over the past 40 years, he has founded and operated a number of successful endeavors from service oriented companies to high technology electronic manufacturing. Mr. Blakeway has extensive connections in the security and policing sectors and has security clearances from Canadian and U.S. Government law enforcement agencies. Mr. Blakeway is a proven inventor with a variety of diverse patents for such things as a rotary engine; a portable diamond drill feed, a fluid management system, GPS asset and personnel tracking systems and an infrared night viewing system. As a helicopter pilot, his vision and tenacity resulted in the founding of WM Aviation Inc. – the parent company of Helijet Airways, the first regional helicopter service in B.C. He mentors companies and individuals and is a member of the BC Angle Form and an investor in early stage companies. Since 1982, Mr. Blakeway has been a director of a number of public companies on the TSX & Venture Exchange. He is currently a member of the board of directors of Nanotech Security Corp., IDIT Technologies Corp., IDME Development Corp., Cantest Ltd, Legend Power Systems Inc, Tactical Technologies Inc, and Wireless Industry Partnership Connector Inc. Mr. Blakeway serves on audit, compensation and corporate governance committees and with his knowledge of the policies and procedures for listing Capital Pool Companies (CPC’s) has facilitated the successful qualification of a CPC to a Tier 2 issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Blakeway is a member of Simon Fraser University Surrey - Business Advisory Council, British Columbia Securities Policy Advisory Committee (SPAC), Canadian Listed Company Association, Wireless Innovation Network of BC, Wavefront Wireless Innovation Society of BC and TEC (The Executive Committee), an international organization for CEOs. .

Mr. Causey has been a Director, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Nanotech Security Corp. since October 27, 2009. He has been Vice President of Project Finance for Hunter Dickinson Services Inc. since 2001. Mr. Causey was a Partner of Peat Marwick Thorne (now KPMG LLP) from 1975 to 1977. Mr. Causey served as Vice President of Finance of the public company, B.C. Packers Ltd., (George Weston Group) from 1977 to 1981, and then President and Chief Executive Officer of Zenith Transport Ltd. from 1981 to 2001. He has a background in finance, accounting and taxation, including the creation of specialized and tax efficient financing structures. Mr. Causey has been a Director of the following public companies: Quartz Mountain Resources Ltd since January 30, 2003, Yaletown Capital Corp. (Chief Financial Officer and Secretary) since April 4, 2007 and Chinook Capital Corp. since August 15, 2007. Mr. Causey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia in 1969, and was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia in 1971

Mr. Zinkhofer is a practicing corporate lawyer and Partner with the Vancouver office of the firm of Lang Michener LLP. In over 25 years as a lawyer he has served a number of his clients as an officer or director of several publicly listed companies in the technology and resource industries. Mr. Zinkhofer currently serves as Secretary of Inviro Medical Inc., Getty Copper Inc. and Co-secretary of Great Basin Gold Ltd. In 2008 and 2009 he was recognized as a leading Canadian legal practitioner in Lexpert and is included in the International Who’s Who of Mining Law. Mr. Zinkhofer obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary in 1977, became a Member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1980 after articling with a predecessor of KPMG Peat Marwick Thorne and obtained a LLB from the University of Victoria in 1983. He has served as a director of Nanotech and its predecessors for most of the preceding 12 years.

Dr. Bozena Kaminska has established a superb record in industry, with significant business and commercial achievements to match a long academic career highlighted by innovation and leadership. She has been at the forefront of research, development and advancements in both electronic design, and design and test automation. Dr. Kaminska’s academic career spans two decades and three nations including professor posts at the University of Montréal and Senior Canada Research Chair and professor at Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, from 2005 until now. She also held professor positions at McGill University in Montréal from 1993 thorough 1997, at the École Polytechnique of Algiers from 1982 to 1986, and at Warsaw University of Technology from 1979 until 1982. She earned an MS in 1976 and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in 1982 from Warsaw University of Technology in Poland. Dr. Kaminska holds eight patents and six patent applications on design and test methodology covering new devices, analysis, oscillation-based test, and optical signal distribution, and has authored more than 500 IEEE Journal and Conference Papers, along with 34 magazine papers, and more than 200 non-IEEE Journal and Conference Papers. She serves on many IEEE conference program committees, advisory boards and journal editorial boards. From 2000 to 2005 she served as senior vice president and chief technical officer with Credence Corp, which she joint when Opmaxx, a company she founded in 1994 to commercialize analog/mixed-signal test automation technology developed at the University of Montreal became part of Credence. Kaminska founded also Pultronics Inc., a Montreal based company, commercializing sensor networks from 1996. She was CEO of Pultronics until 2008. Her current research interests include nano-technology new generation devices, embedded highly integrated systems, and powering solutions. As Canada Research Chair in Wireless Sensor Networks she provides expertise and new directions in Internet of Things by advanced research, entrepreneurship, and transferring ideas to actionable business plans
Clint Landrock

Mr. Landrock serves as the Chief Technology Officer for I|D|ME Development Corp., and is the primary inventor of I|D|ME’s patented nano-optics technology. He is an expert scientist in the study of nano-technologies and currently holds 4 patents and over a dozen publications in this area. Mr. Landrock completed his bachelor degree in aerospace engineering at Ryerson University in Toronto. His thesis there was completed as a joint project between Ryerson, NASA and Stanford University modeling biomechanics of astronauts, in the same year he completed a systems thesis in partnership with MDRobotics. Mr. Landrock recently completed his Masters of Applied Sciences at Simon Fraser University where his research centered around nano-optics and its applications. Mr. Landrock has also studied at the University of Bologna in Italy in conjunction with Harvard Medical School, and has presented his work internationally. He has participated in Life Science BC’s Excels program, a rigorous one-year business program for emerging companies to develop professional growth and intellectual property strategies. His current research interests include nano-technology applications and self-powered autonomous devices.
