Mr. Cantore began his investment career in 1992 as an advisor for Tasse & Associates. In 1993 he moved to RBC Dominion Securities, one of the largest brokerage firms in Canada. Since 1999, Mr. Cantore has worked with both public and private companies organizing and structuring financings mainly in the resource and high tech sector. Mr. Cantore has held directorships on the board of various companies both private and public.

Mr. Brugh received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska in 1961, with a major in Economics and law. He then received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from that University in 1963. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and admitted to practice before the Federal and State Courts there. He has also done post-graduate studies in Economics and earlier did extensive work in that field. From 1963 to 1983, he was a member of the firm of Barney & Carter in Lincoln, Nebraska, with extensive experience in legislation, litigation, corporate and business law. From 1983 through 1985, he was Senior Vice President of Resources International, with extensive work in merger and acquisitions. Since then until the present, Mr. Brugh has been engaged in corporate and securities work, participating in numerous early stage companies, in North America and Western Europe.

Marc Branson
Mr. Branson is a director of the Corporation and provides his services on a part time basis. He has served as director since 2007. From 2002 to 2008, Mr. Branson was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Moto Ergonomics Ltd., a private distributor and marketer of consumer electronics in North America. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Branson was the founder and CEO, CFO, President, Secretary, Treasurer and Director of Texada Ventures, Nasdaq – an OTCBB listed mining issuer. Mr. Branson holds a degree in Business Administration from the Open Learning University of British Columbia, a Business Diploma from Capilano College and in addition has completed the Canadian Securities Course.

Mr. Stewart co-founded and was the Managing Director of Stratacon Inc., the largest sub-metering company in Canada in 1996 and finalized a sale of the company to the Consumer’s Water Heater Income Fund in August 2008
Carmelo Marrelli

Mr. Marrelli is the Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and provides his services on a part time basis. He has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2008. Mr. Marrelli is currently the President of Marrelli Support Services Inc., a private company providing accounting services to public and private companies. From 2004 to January of 2009, Mr. Marrelli was a partner with Marrelli & Drake Corporate Services (formerly Duguay & Ringler Corporate Services), a private company providing corporate secretarial and accounting services to public and private companies. Mr. Marrelli holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified General Accountant.
