Manic,

Thanks for your email. I have not followed KBG that closely but know that sharewizard was pumping it earlier this year.

Personally, I do not hold too much weight on grab samples. Not that they are bad, but they tend to have less of an impact on a shareprice as many other factors. The reason for this is that grab sampling is done at the very beginning of prospecting a property. The other thing I have read is that these samples may not be truly indicative of what is found directly below them, given that they may have moved from their source.

Here is an example of a grab sample that is not too bad, but that had no real impact on share price:

"In 2004, two grab samples were taken from a five-metre-deep pit by Norman Brewster, P.Geo, and Uldis Abolins, P.Eng. and assays were performed by SGS Canada Inc. Mineral Services in Toronto, returningvalues of 1,715.8 gm/mt Au, 338 gm/mt Ag and over 1% Cu from the bedrock sample, and 11.9 gm/mt Au, 9.2 gm/mt Ag and over 1% Cu from the rubble sample."

The company is Noront and the property is in China. Just another one of the good potential properties in Noront's Christmas stocking.

Diamond drilling over good depths is still one of the best ways to determine whether a property has potential. The other is ramping whereby bulk samples are taken and processed in targeted zones, but this is very expensive and usually done only if a property has identified some good zones to ramp down to, usually by diamond drilling. NOT has over 115 drill holes in Windfall alone.

So I cannot tell you whether to buy KBG or not. Personally, I am now 95% all in with Noront as of yesterday and could not be happier. You are correct in that we have more breathing room between Windfall results. James Bay could be the horse that beats Windfall to the finish line.

M1.
