I ran a WHOIS on the domain name and it has indeed expired.  What a bonehead move!!  As of today anybody could have registered it.  It is possible they did.

A poster last year said that Mr. Nemis son was the one who had created the web site.  Not sure if this is true, but maybe this will be what is needed to get a change made.  If you want to see a great looking resource company web site, check out XOR (this is not a pump, but just another stock I own).  It is easy to navigate and is updated daily.
