i am with you,  i hope, and that is all it is, a hope that the cu % at double eagle is a lot higher then 3%.  others have noted that 3%, though good, is not necessarily going to rocket the stock massively. 5% or more and we will have a major move i gather.

also, i do wish they would halt, then release the darn news.  all this constant, we are halting then holding off for hours in some cases to explain why it is halted is just ridiculous.  halt the stock, then immediately release the news, then take your time and let then market digest, then reopen at your leisure.

don;t halt if you are not ready to immediatlely release the news,  you can keep the halt on as long as you want after the fact, but leaving everyone in suspense is kinda rude.
