Franz,

Just because holes 2 and 3 missed the zone does not mean that the zone does not continue past in that direction, it may mean that the holes were not drilled in the right direction.  This is not uncommon in new areas with limited drilling and also where the zone has a complex geometry.

In time, as the deposit becomes known, these misses occur less often

( I would show you on a section but the last  NR  didn't give locations or dip / azimuths of the other holes so it would be a total guess.  When the complete assays come out hopefully they will supply more info)
