First let me apologize, if someone else has already stated this {I don't have time to read all the posts right now.]

The lady who answered the phone today was not the usual person. She was very excited and up beat.....she said several of her family members were shareholders, and this was" just wonderful" for them. I asked if it was good news, but of course she could not tell me......but it is obvious from her tone that it is.

What she did tell me is that there will be news on Double Eagle, but also "corporate news".

My guess is, AND IT IS ONLY A GUESS, that they may be going to spin off Double Eagle into a new company. I think this would be a big plus for shareholders.

It would prevent us from losing Windfall, and all the other assets, along with a takeover that was mainly for Double Eagle.
