As for valuation, Inco took out DRF for $4.3B in 1996 with Ni at $2.75/lb. and Cu at $.70/lb. Ni today is north of $14/lb. and Cu is north of $3.25, representing a 4.5 times increase in Ni and a 4 times increase in Cu so multiply $4.3B times say, 4.25 and you get around $18.275 BILLION divided by 120M NOT shares (f.d.) = $15.22 per NOT share."
