BK, I spoke to Richard this week on Windfall as I reported here. He's waiting for the permit from the Quebec government so they can go underground. He's still excited about windfall but he can't do much at the moment. He told me that he will definetely get the permit.In fact if I can quote him he said....."oh don't worry I'll get it".. hope this helps. Be patient ....all good things come to those who wait.
