May I come in. Wow! nice place. It's new, modern and feels comfy. The set-up is great. Everything is practical and handy. Good neighbors and mature too. My old place was a good place but lately was infested with cockroaches.

I've been living in NOTville for 9 months now and I'm not planning on moving out of town for a long while.

My mind is made up, I'm moving in.
