Great find.

My check on OTCBB.com shows that indeed one trade of 50K shares NOSOF (Noront's OTCBB equivalent) was made today.

It is probably an odd lot size trade, or a mistake. Maybe somebody naked shorted 50K shares (a type of shorting whereby the seller flags the transaction as "failed to execute" after selling the stock thus never having to cover) and the system failed to pick up that the stock was halted. Regardless, I doubt the stock will open at that amount because of the goofiness that can occur in US stock markets.
