  My observation is NOT of a website. IT was on my etrade account and my $ i have holding is Now cut in half for (NOT). I am not comenting on want this website or that website said. IT Is my own Portfolio that is reflected the price.(Just to get that clear) I Feel like i got my answer IT WAS a GLITCH(I HOPE) so it is based off the TSX value, But we will see  GLTA (I really need it)
