Since management has missed a couple dates they were supposed to have the NR out, I wonder if they are negotiating selling rights to some property or an outright tender offer for NOT. They can not put out a PR because nothing is final but it is significant enough to halt trading. Just conjecture with no facts, I am not trying to start a rumor.
