The terms of the agreement are as follows: Duration - 12 months. Monthly Cash Compensation - $2,000. Stock Options - 250,000 common shares; 100,000 at a strike price set at CDN $0.90, representing the close of trading on September 19, 2007; 75,000 at a strike price set at CDN $1.125; and 75,000 at a strike price set at CDN $1.35. This agreement has been negotiated entirely at arm's length. AGORACOM is located in Toronto, Ontario.
