I am about 95% sure that Nemis mistakenly referred to hole #3 or #4 once during the presentation when he meant one of the other holes.
If you reread the NRs, which carry a much higher probability of being accurate, they mention that holes #3 and #4 missed. They would not get thes holes assayed, as it would be waste of money.
The onsite supervising geologist will identify sections of the core for the holes that should be sent for analysis based on visual inspection - the geo visaully identifies mineralized sections when he logs (records observations for the core from the entire hole) the core. They do not send all of the core from all of the holes.
