I don't think RN would accept 4.50 a share,,,,I believe he feels NOT holds MUCH more value than 4.50 a share.

  Windfall is worth that,,and NOT currently has 13 projects. If you remember RN was also very enthusiastic about the Inner Mongolio project. He did not spend much time on it, but he made it clear that Noront is not a one trick pony. I think he actually said, We're not a one trick horse.

 Also Noront has been working many of it's project for the last few years. Jame Bay is recent, but even with the James Bay/McFaulds project, RN made clear that he has had his eye on these 2 claims for many years. As soon as the legalities were clear, he scooped them up.

 I seriously doubt RN is even considering selling at this stage. He just wants to unlock the true value of Noront at this time.

 That's why management is paramount. They are working for you, to build shareholder value.
