So NOT is worth estimated 8 $ only for Double Eagle / James Bay.

Add x $ for Windfall

Add y $ for Burnt Hill Moly/Tungsten

Add z $ for the other 10 projects (13 projects in total).

That's my next homework ;-) or does it someone else?

Then, the next step is the mine calculation.

 A mine with 6M tons and 1,600 $/t has 9,600 M$ in ground value.

If this is mined in 20 years, they get 480 M$ each year.

With 50 % cost, they get 240 M$ earning each year.

With a price/earning ratio of 10, they could have a market cap of  2,400 M$. Divided by 120 M shares, that is a 20$ price target, if there is no more dilution, at mining start.  Only for Double Eagle.

That's enough for tonight. It is 2:30 AM here in Europe ..
