The happy boy puts his bet on SPQ, The head man of SPQ is on our board knows Robert very well, The spq propertys are very high in copper ETC. very close to NOT property, They could set up a big smelter to accomadate both propertys .

So NOT would first take out SPQ/KWG , Then a big MAJOR would like that arrangment , Make an offer for the combined properrty,

Maybe Windfall would NOT be included in the offer, who knows, I would guess that Not and spq/kwg merger would happen in 6- to 12 months. JMHO I 'm in SPQ Quite heavy.
