Well they have a press release, but the Government of Ontario claims registry shows no BMK claims around NOT's dicovery claims. In fact many of the claims in the area date back to 2003, and 2004.

I think BMK NR is a little misleading, as they talk about the south boundary of NOT's DE claims, but NOT has quite alot of DE claims, so where are they talking about?

Anyway, to reiterate, BMK has nothing in the immediate vicinty of the discovery claim 3012264 according to the Government of Ontario body who issues and registers the claims.
