TD charges $9.99 per trade, regardless of the number of shares, if you have traded 30 times or more in the previous three months, or have more than $100,000.00 in assets in your account.

TD will also "household" your accounts, that is if you have more than one account with the same address {other accounts of yours or other family members} will be lumped together to achieve the requirements.

The fee drops to $7.00 per trade, if you trade 150 or more times per quarter.
