Any thoughts ... are we sitting on market mover manipulation here or just a lot of retail selling.. man.. dumb..

Anyone have ideas.. are we looking at the real value of NOT to date including all holes or are we seeing manipulation down that should free up the price when completed??  Should we be moving up...standing still.. or drifting down after these results?  Seems like we get a nice lift and then settle back to 4.00 range and I'm thinking..how much higher is our support level today than it was yesterday??. Does anyone have an educated thought on this?? I would appreciate informative input.
