Being a novice investor I often have to go to others for educated answers.  Someone recently commented that RN may be negotiating spinoffs to get the max benefit for the various assets that NOT has underway.

How does it unfold?  Would a shareholder in NOT naturally receive shares in the new company or do we have to buy in?
