Snezzer - Like the lawyer who acts in his own defense and has afool for a client, you are treading on infirm ground if you attempt to asswer this question without the advise of an accountant. I suggest that youdo not sell any shares until you consult one - if you are making out as well as I suspect many on this board are, you can certainly afford to pay to get information that is acurate for your specific situation.
