To strike a middle ground for those that think a takeover is too early and those that think it is immanent.  We could probably sift the arguments together and agree that it is too early to hear any announcements regarding takeovers, but those that are looking for a good takeover investment have already been organizing and jockeying for position, and will continue with even greater interest now that hole 5 is out and dare I say the ramping permit issued for WF.
