I recall several posters requesting off topic being flaged as OT. I am, however slow as it may be, getting accustom to this but tend to do somewhat usung a "PS" following the focused(?) commentary.

PS: there so often tend to be a small group of select flavour of the month Juniors. I try to work on 2-3 levels.  Being regulars, periodic regulard and new come by's. The regulars, usually current, however long it may take (20 or more years for one dead dog -no joke), where current have the close tracking for up to 2-3 years now, usually with position (small  also usual) to ensure my focus remains in tact regardless of what usually turns out to be 2-4 times longer than hoped for.
