I agree. It would be helpful to get clarification.

My comments:

Looks like Neil exercised his options and took the difference. that's ok with me. The 'Disposition carried out privately' I understand means that you give shares to someone outside the public market, so its impossible to tell what that means at this point. I know Richard is a very wealthy man, so I would guess it is a gift arrangement or for tax reasons.
