Agreed Stratopod..we all have our own right to obtain our own information and the right to obtain our own opinion based on our own due diligence.. likewise we all have the right to utilize and trust freely information posted that may or may not be accurate, may have alterior motives or which may serve as waste within the forum confines. We all have the right to listen and respond and to that end we are all responsible for our own state of financial being on this board and as shareholders (presuming we all are shareholders of NOT) of this promising company.
I haven't heard negatives or even been given any reason to think this won't be a very good company to keep my money in. If Windfall falls, there are other plays.. are they valuable enough to maintain support for the SP...I'm not sure..albeit posters other than MJ seem to think so and that is something I have the right to accept as fact and accept as reason to hold my faith.
Whatever the case.. stock investments are usually time consuming, nerve wracking, mind boggling processes in all cases an we should expect nothing less of NOT.
Personally my best case means of trying to attain the best in due diligence is to :
a) visit the NOT website and check for updates
b) do a web search to see if any other news (ie: mining newsletters) may have slipped through the cracks,
c) check this board and read all of the knowlegeble posts, trying to avoid the idle banter... which I must say exists, but in sparse amounts most times.
d) assimilate all of the posts providing informative input, primarily statistics and then run the information into a spreadsheet and see if it makes sense. Sometimes I come up with a blank..because I am not a mining expert like many of the investors here can claim "not" to be.
and e) after checking the news releases, interviews, postings and online searches I decide if I should make any investment moves... so in conclusion...Mining Junkie..if he is playing us..which some seem confident in.. would not affect my thought process. I bought and held on posts from over 5 posters here, not just MJ.
"Grain of Salt" is the word of the day. The larger your investment the larger that "Grain of Salt" has to be. Maybe we need a "Pillar of Salt" to keep our feet on the ground at times.
Great posts people...this stock is good..my history of reading these posts and the news releases tell me this is a good stock.. I'm long and strong and I'm afraid these days that is a unique way of looking at equity investment.
