Tight trading ranges since Sept 25th

I don't know how to paste in the stockchart for NOT.v, but click the link and really focus on how tight the daily range has been on NOT.v since September 25th. Nothing really drastic one way or the other if you are truly long on this play. If you are a trader, well obviously the swings are material to you.
