The above link will directly link anyone interested in the technicals related to NOT. Barcharts is an excellent site for this stuff albeit I'm not convinced it is really what I would use right now. I find it better for more stable stocks, not speculative...not blue chip. The overall point of me directing you there is the end result...it is a Buy recommendation which seems to fit with everything everyone else has been stating.

I would not consider this as due diligence however, therefore I would not make a purchase of this stock based on the Barcharts recommendations. Anyone else have comments on this?
