It seems that Smart Money has been buying in for a while now and have been adding to their positions....take the hint and follow suit, but only if you are willing to sit like they do.  Go long with NOT and you will not likely be dissappointed.

This news was wonderful.  Not exceptional, but wonderful.  Still moving in the right direction.  Can't deny that.
