Ron Paul is te only candidate that gets it, and the chances of him being elected are small. I did send a contribution, not because I think he can win but because of the story he tells. He knows we should bite the bullet and raise rates. Yes the economy will be hurt for a period of time, but just like when Voelker raised rates we would come back stronger. God help us should Hillary get elected. Our republicans leaders deceived their base by spending like drunken sailors but I fear the democrats would be much worse. This has to do with NOT because everything the US is doing will bring about higher precious and base metal pricing.
